EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

• This trainer is mainly composed of supplying unit, processing unit, assembly unit, distribution unit, handling unit, training table, PLC control module, frequency converter module, touch screen module, power module, servo system, sensors, solenoid valve bank, cylinders, air compressor, tools, etc.
• Modules such as PLC control unit, frequency converter unit, stepping motor unit, touch screen unit and power unit are standard, open and modular structure designed, which can be used for other similar training equipment. All the control and power signals of controller, sensor and actuator are led to inter face unit for student to conduct wiring autonomously.
• It simulates the production, processing, assembly, distribution steps of actual industrial automatic production line and integrates mechanical technology, sensor technology, AC motor frequency control and stepping motor driving control technology, touch screen technology, PLC control and communication network technology, which is ideal for student to conduct system installation, debugging, running, fault detection, troubleshooting and maintenance training.
• The device is designed with leakage protection, short circuit protection and scram protection function to avoid damage and danger caused by mis-operation. The whole structure is demountable and extensible, users can replace modules according different training requirements and select different PLC systems, such as Simens system, Mitubishi system, etc.
