EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

• Timer and alarm recorder is adopted which can be used as a clock with time setting, timing alarm, power cut off functions. The frequency of leakage alarm caused by wrong wiring or operation can be recorded automatically .
• Standard power distribution cabinet is adopted as the main cabinet, which is double faces structure designed. The electrical components and experiment materials are scientifically arranged in the cabinet, all the connection points of electrical components are connected to terminal blocks, so as to extend the service period and reduce the material losses. It is convenient for student to conduct wiring experiment.
• This trainer is mainly composed of cabinet frame, observation window, instruments operation board, electrical system, motor group, etc. The front panel consists of PLC mainframe, frequency conver ter, DC speed regulation par t, electric traction and relay control par t, AC/DC voltage/current, AC power/power factor measurement par t, etc. The back panel can be used for free wiring training and various assessments including milling machine, boring mill, etc. The interior of cabinet is mounted with various low-voltage apparatus needed for motor control circuit, such as residual-current circuit breaker, fuse, contactor, intermediate relay, thermorelay, travel switch, button, etc.
• The training boards are dismountable, students can design the electrical circuits freely on the meshed panel which is easy to extend and convenient for training.
• The front door of cabinet is configured with control button, switch, indicator light, touch screen, digital instruments, the back door of cabinet is configured with button, switch, indicator light, digital voltmeter, digital ammeter, etc.
• Safety protections: action current leakage protection ≤ 30mA, leakage protection action response time ≤ 0.1S, with overcurrent, overload, leakage protection measures.
