EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW
The training platform is composed of the parts of the original vehicle, the auxiliary part and the bench part. These three parts are well installed and have reasonable structure layout, which is convenient for teaching and learning. The original parts mainly include the front distributor, ignition coil, spark plug, ignition cable and other components.
The auxiliary part mainly includes transformer power supply, leakage protection device and other components.
The bench platform part mainly includes: terminal detection panel, power supply indication, movable working frame and other components.
Using the conventional transformer power supply, so no need the maintenance procedures for battery, it is convenient and practical.
The car circuit diagram show on platform panel, easy for students to learn.
Equipped with circuit detection terminals, it can complete various detection items such as resistance, voltage and current of each power supply and actuator, so as to facilitate fault analysis.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION
1) Physical display and dynamic operation function
The training platform adopts the components of the ignition system from the original vehicle and combines them together, which can be used for both physical components display and dynamic function operation. In the teaching process, the composition, structure, function and working principle of each components of the automotive ignition system can be displayed statically. Dynamic operation is the same as the actual car ignition system, ignition demonstration, idle demonstration, medium speed demonstration, high speed demonstration, power indication demonstration, etc. It can make students further understand the working mechanism of auto electrical system, and stimulate students' learning interest. At the same time, it is also helpful for teachers to carry out teaching.
2) Structure explanation and function testing
On the panel of the training platform, the circuit diagram of the ignition system is the same as that of the original car. Teachers can use it to teach automotive circuits, so that students have a clearer understanding of the working principle and fault characteristics of the system.
3) Understanding of structure composition
(1) Distributor: The main purpose of the distributor is to generate high-pressure sparks through mechanical operation to ensure mixture which the engine cylinder block;
(2) Spark plug: The location of the spark plug, which is installed on the top of the engine cylinder head to the cylinder block gasoline mixture and convert thermal energy into mechanical energy;
(3) Ignition coil: The position of the ignition coil, which is installed in the engine compartment;
(4) High-voltage cable: High-voltage cable installed on the motor, used to connecting the distributor with the spark plug high-voltage power supply, it is the key part of the engine ignition, engine will not be able to start and work after high-voltage cable failure;
(5) Ignition switch: The ignition switch is installed under the steering wheel of the car, and its purpose is to supply power and start the vehicle;
(6) AC voltage transformation power supply: It converts AC power into DC power supply to facilitate the training power supply connection, and it also can reduce the follow-up cost of training, because the car battery has only 2 years of service life;
(7) DC power supply: It is installed in the car engine compartment, it is general power supply for car starting;
(8) DC motor: DC motor is the main device that simulating engine drives the distributor to generate high voltage spark;
(9) Motor governor: The motor governor simulates the working process of the engine at different speeds;
(10) Leakage protection switch: leakage protection switch is leakage protection device, referred to as leakage switch, it is mainly used in the equipment leakage failure and fatal danger of personal shock protection, with overload and short circuit protection function, it can be used to protect the circuit or motor overload and short circuit, it can also be used under normal circumstances as the circuit's infrequent conversion start;
