EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

• Electrical installation and maintenance trainer is a common training platform that is developed to meet the maintenance electrician and electrical installer skills training requirements.
• It is made of steel meshed plate and steel dedicated sectional material and equipped with self-locking truckles, which is convenient for moving and usage. The sur face of trainer is plastics sprayed, the design height is convenient for operation that students can feel the environment of construction site by standing on level 1 of the ladder, which is safe and effective.
• The meshed plate can be stripped easily, the steel dedicated sectional material is designed with pipe hole that by using ribbon can fix the wire and pipe fixed on it. Equipped with PVC pipe bender, the PVC pipe can be bent into 90°.
• It covers training content such as cable tray installation, PVC pipe installation, droplight, incandescent seat, fluorescent lamp, switches, sockets, distribution box, control box installation, etc. The control and controlled plant adopted for this trainer including AC asynchronous motor, DC motor, stepper motor, servo motor, temperature controller, galvanic couple, PLC, frequency converter, touch screen and so on. Each operation group is equipped with movable tool car and component cabinet, which convenient for component storage and construction.
