EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW

The training platform is based on original power battery system of BYD pure electric vehicle, complete with necessary accessories, all parts are original accessories, fully demonstrating that the electric vehicle battery system which is composed of battery module, positive contactor, negative contactor, voltage divider, BMS information acquisition module, BMS main control module, etc., and visually demonstrating the internal circuit connection of the battery pack.

MAIN TRAINING ITEMS

1. Setting and troubleshoot of battery subnet faults.
2. Fault setting and troubleshooting of positive/pre-charged contactor power output;
3.15V power output fault setting and troubleshooting;
4. High voltage interlock signal fault setting and troubleshooting;
5. Understand the structure and working principle of the power battery pack;
6. Understand the real-time data reading function of BMS, such as reading the voltage, temperature, SOC, current, health degree and other data of the power battery, and analyze the online balance state of the battery;
