EQUIPMENT OVERVIEW
- The central air conditioning trainer adopts water chilling unit (3HP), two cooling water pumps (one spare), two chilled water pumps, the terminal adopts a simulated lobby (supplied through air hose) and a simulated guest room. Water separator and water collector are used for the distribution adjustment of cooling capacity and PLC is used as the main control unit. The PLC can be connected with PC by communication line so as to achieve the operation control of the whole air conditioning system as well as network remote control.
- The operating parameters of air conditioner will be collected by sensors and transducers and sent into PLC by A/D conversion module. Real-time display and monitoring can be realized upon the communication between PC and PLC.
- Both manual control and computer control are available on this trainer. The manual control can be conducted by using buttons on the panel of control cabinet, which are connected with related PLC input terminals.
- Configuration technology is used for the stable communication establishment between computer and PLC, which can not only realize the air conditioner operating data display and analysis function, but also realize the remote control of central air conditioner.
- Simulation software: For air conditioner refrigerating system fault setting and assessment, FLASH animation simulation of air conditioner working process (normal or breakdown working process), fault phenomenon generating process and troubleshooting process. It comes with password landing, result statistics and student archives management function.
